Limiting Employee Access to Information
First National Bank of Trenton is committed to the security of its customer’s financial and personal information. Employee access will be limited those with a business reason to know such information. Employees are required to maintain confidentiality of customer information and to uphold privacy principles. All branch managers and operations managers are to inform employees about the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy through standard operating procedures and training procedures.

Access controls, by the use of passwords, are utilized to further ensure confidentiality of information.
Disclosure of Privacy Principles to Customers
We value our customer relationships. Customers are entitled to information that details how we use information they provide and our commitment to ensuring their personal and financial privacy is not violated. If anyone believes a customer’s confidentiality has been breached, a supervisor or an officer should be notified immediately so management is aware and can handle it appropriately. If a customer has a privacy question that cannot be answered, they are to be referred to a bank officer.
Internet Banking Privacy Policy

This information includes all the data collected when you apply for any of our accounts, use any of our online services, use any of our online financial tools, or when you send us an e-mail.

When you log in to Online Banking and Bill Pay, we will set a “cookie”. A cookie is a bit of information stored in the user’s browser cache. This information allows us to keep track of users while on our systems, and, if necessary, automatically log the customer off if there is no activity after a pre-determined period of time. Cookies will not contain information that would enable anyone to contact you via telephone, e-mail, or traditional mail. Upon termination of an on-line session, the cookie is automatically destroyed.
Enrollment
When you enroll and provide personal information, such as address, e-mail address, and phone numbers, we will not share (disclose) it to third parties without your consent. We will maintain information according to our usual strict security and confidentiality standards.
Applications
During on-line applications, we will request personal information only to assist in establishing new relationships with you, our customer. This information may be shared with departments of the bank, but again, will not be disclosed to any third parties without your consent.
Site Enhancements
We will collect the domain name of visitors to our site and aggregate information on certain criteria to continually improve the content and functionality of our site. Some of the information we gather includes: pages accessed by each visitor, time of day the site is accessed, pages visited most/least, from which Internet Service (i.e.-AOL, ATT,etc), even which browser the customer uses.
E-mail
Should a customer communicate with us via e-mail, this information is retained to allow us to address your request/concerns.
